Ultimate Frisbee at UNCG is known as the Spartan Ultimate and participates in tournaments in North Carolina, Virginia, South Carolina, and Georgia. We are coed and all students are welcome to the team.
Practices[]
The Ultimate Frisbee team holds practices at the rec fields on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8PM to 10PM and on Friday from 12PM to 2PM. Any student at UNCG is welcome to come out and join the team.
